If you are not satisfied with your order please contact us, there will be a 10% restocking fee in most cases. Shipping charges are non refundable. Buyer must pay return shipping. NO returns on custom work are accepted. If there is any issue due to our workmanship we will take care of it.

Once an order is started cancellations are not accepted. Changes may be made on a case to case basis. Processing fees are NON refundable.

Orders will ship based on build times that are listed on product pages. Please do not email “checking in” before the listed build time. This may further delay your order.
